Shop

This is the step where we ask you to “shop” your home for those unwanted and unused items. Whether this is clothes or decor throughout your home, start collecting items that you are happy to part ways with to “concycle”.

Prepare

Prep all of the items that you are going to sell. Clothing must be hung on a hanger (the hanger should look like a question mark). The white string tag will be safety pinned to the top left of the clothing item. The sticker will be placed over the string tag with the barcode visible on one side and the item description on the next side. Pants, skirts and shorts will be hung with a safety pin on either side and over the hanger.

step Four

Enter your items into your account.

Enter your items into the system. Do not worry about adding a picture on this screen. Under 'Product notes' at the bottom of the screen you can add DONATE if you want your items to be donated if they don't sell.

If you do not wish for your items to be donated, do not put anything in this section.

*Entry of items can be done on the website or using the app 'Ricochet Go'*. The login will be the same for either option.

Check in & Drop Off

Check-in and drop off your items at the Rhema Ninowski Center. Having your items in numerical order will help speed along the check-in process. Once your items have been inspected, you will then put your items in the designated areas.

Please ensure all clothing items are clean, wrinkle free and smoke free. We cannot take any items that have stains or holes. We cannot accept shoes that have holes or the toes or heels are worn out.

Please ensure all decor items are not chipped or broken. All lamps must have a matching shade. Please ensure all lamps are in good working order and have a lightbulb to be tested at check-in.
